Fault reports

If you find any faults in your apartment or discover faults in the property’s stairwell, laundry room or similar, you should always make a fault report.

According to the Swedish Rent Act, you are obliged to make a fault report as soon as possible if  there is a fault or damage in the apartment, so that it does not get worse.

As a tenant, however, it is you who is responsible for replacing lightbulbs, fluorescent, lamps, spark plugs, fuses and blinds in your apartment.
