Basic Requirements

At HSB Gambrinus, everyone is welcome to apply for a vacant apartment!

However, if you are a member and housing saver in HSB you always have priority according to uor allocation principles. 

However, there are certain basic requirements and financial conditions for renting from us: 

  • The tenant must be 18 years old.  
  • The tenant must have a Swedish personal number (yymmdd-xxxx) 
  • The tenant must meet HSB’s income requirements 
  • The tenant must meet HSB’s requirments regarding debts and payment remarks 
  • The tenant must only have one (1) permanent residence 
  • The tenant must have managed his relationship with HSB as a landlord 
  • The tenant must, on request, be able to present references from previous landlords.
