Saker i trappuppgångar!

I flera trappuppgångar har styrelsen noterat att det finns saker stående. Det är viktigt att detta inte sker av två orsaker.

·         Saker i trappuppgången medför en brandrisk och hindrar utrymningsvägar.

·         För att trapphus ska kunna hållas städade ordentligt kan det inte finns saker som står i vägen

Därför vill vi påminna om att saker i trappuppgången kommer att samlas in. Detta medför också en kostnad för extra-arbete, vilken kommer debiteras medlemmen.

In many of the stairwells we have noticed that there are several items placed outside the flats. It is important that this doesn´t occure for two reasons.

·        Items in the stairwells is a firehasard and is an obstruct of the fire exits

·        In order for the stairwell to be cleaned properly there can be no items left on the landings.

Therefor we want to send out a friendly  reminder to  you all that items in the stairwell will be removed. This will also mean an extra cost for the worktime which will be debited  to the flatholder.
