Hundar

Angående rastning av hund på innergården är det inte tillåtet. De som bor i bostadsrätt har att iaktta allt som krävs för att bevara sundhet, ordning och gott skick inom fastigheten (dvs. inom eller utanför husen). Inom föreningens fastighet gäller att hunden inte får rastas på innergården eller andra grönytor, till exempel vid entréer. Det är alltså varken tillåtet att hundar bajsar eller kissar inom föreningens fastighet. Givetvis har till exempel en boende som är hundägare rätt att förflytta sig eller umgås med sin hund på gården.

Det krävs dock att man har kontroll över sin hund. Som hundägare har man ett ansvar för sin hund. Detta innebär att man inte får låta hunden springa lös, utan den måste hållas kopplad inom föreningens fastighet. Som hundägare måste man se till att hunden inte kan skada andra personer. Förutom risken att hund skadar andra bör hundägaren respektera att det finns personer som är rädda för hundar.

Dogs

As a dog owner, you must ensure that the dog cannot harm other people. In addition to the risk of the dog harming others, the dog owner should respect that there are people who are afraid of dogs.
