Parking

To sign up for a parking spot, please contact the Management Office preferably by e-mail.
Select one or more zones of interest. It is not possible to change your parking spot later.

Brf. Almedal has a total of 244 parking spaces:

Currently, we have a high demand on parking spaces.
As an consequence there's long queues. 

If needed, you have the possibility to apply for parking at MKB in the meantime:

When it's your time for parking, we will primarily contact you by phone or e-mail.
Only members of Brf. Almedal has the opportunity to sign a parking contract.

Only approved vehicles are allowed to be parked on Brf. Almedal's parkinglot.
Approved criteria: Registered, Passenger car, Inspected, No prohibition of use, Not stolen.
Unapproved criteria: Canceled, Truck, Not inspected, With prohibition of use, Stolen.

A parkingspace costs 196 SEK/month with an increase of 3% per year.
A garagespace costs 326 SEK/month with an increase of 3% per year.
