Being a member of a tenant-owner association and living in multi-family housing means both opportunities and challenges. We live close to each other and share common areas. For everyone's benefit, good neighborly cooperation is important. 

In order to create well-being and good order in our association, it is important that we show consideration, respect and have a common goal of creating a pleasant living environment.

Therefore, the Board has produced some rules of well-being that we wish all members of the association to follow. These also apply when renting second hand as well as for our visitors and for craftsmen who may be carrying out work in our apartments. The goal is for this to be a living and pleasant housing association where all the interests of all members are taken advantage of.

We at the Board have also produced the following common values ​​which together form a common value base for our association. We want these values ​​to be respected and followed by all members.

Well-being Rules

The courtyard
Please respect the sign and do not drive into the yard. Only those with the right permission are allowed to pass the sign. Instead, we refer to the association's three 15-minute parking available in the courtyard.

Stairwells
It is not allowed to store private belongings outside their door or in the stairwells. This is for everyone's safety in any event of fire and makes facilitate cleaning easier.

Show consideration
Sound considerations apply 24 hours a day but is especially important to consider the following times on weekdays at 22: 00-07: 00 and Sat-Sun and public holidays at 22.00-10.00

Party
Please inform your neighbors well in advance of activities that may interfere, such as party, repair work or the like.

Waste sorting
It is important for the environment that we sort correctly and precisely why we ask you to follow the instructions.

The garage doors
The garage doors are for entering / leaving cars. Otherwise we use the doors. This is to reduce the wear on our garage doors.

Smoking in the yard
Smoking is referred to the smoke box next to one of the bicycle stores. An ashtray is mounted. No spikes are thrown on the ground or in the flower beds.

Sauna / Guest Room
Clean after use and dispose of garbage when eating food and drink.

Common areas
We help to make sure we have it clean and tidy in our association, both indoors and outdoors. No debris, no glass bottles or tombs left in the yard or in our common areas. 

Visitor parking
The visitor parking is only for visitors to Brf Arenan. We have both SMS parking and Q-parks app MobilPark, the app is available for both Android and iPhone. 

Barbecue on balcony
We do not grill on our balconies. Launch that barbeque is on the farm .

Resting dogs
Dogs must be rested outside the residential area.

If something does not work, report to the board, the nominee or to the HSB service personnel.
