Meeting room

As a resident you have the opportunity to book our meeting room.

Here you will find a meeting room with a small kitchen and set for about 30 people. There is also one chair for toddlers.

There are two ways to book the meeting room. Booking systems are available on the screen outside the deputy host's office. There you log in and book with the blue key-tag that belongs to your apartment. That tag also serves as a key to entering the premises. You can also book via the app QT Customer (from QT systems AB) which you download where apps are available.

Rental cost

SEK 200 / day. The person who rents the meeting room is responsible for cleaning the premises, toilet, corridor and outside the block yard. Inspected by the board after use. NOTE! In case of substandard cleaning, SEK 500 is charged.
