The Garage


Each apartment has a cold garage with garage door.
The garage door opens with a remote opener and each apartment is equipped with two pieces. There is also a key for manual opening.
The garage door should preferably be kept closed when not in the garage, all to reduce the risk of stealing.

The garage is equipped with two electrical outlets, one of which has a timer.
There is also space for, for example, bicycles, car tires, workbench or other storage, depending on how big your car is.
In winter, everyone is responsible for shoveling snow about 50 cm outwards from the garage door, the rest is taken care of by the janitors.
Snow shovels can be borrowed and these hang on the short side of each garage length.

Diesel and petrol heaters must not be driven in the garage as it emits an unpleasant and harmful odor.

Guest parking

In the area there are a number of parking spaces for our guests where you can stand 24 hours. As a resident, you have the opportunity to use these temporarily between 10-14.

Keep in mind that the guest car parks are primarily intended for our guests. 

Rent parking space

It is possible to rent an extra parking space if the household has more than one car.
In the area there are 22 parking spaces with engine heater pole and to get the opportunity to rent one of these, contact our Deputy Host.

Please note that these car parks are for passenger cars only, not trailers or caravans.

Directive for rental parking:

* A stardard parking spot has the dimensions 2,5 x 5 meters, vehicles that do not fit within the parking area, or are so large that the nearest vehicle is in any way obstructed within its place, may not park there.

* Trailer / Caravan must not be stored there 

* Motorhomes may be parked on the lawn next to the home for a shorter period, provided that it has been granted by affected neighbors. And that the vehicle does not prevent emergency vehicles or caretakers from getting there.
