Christmas Time

Well, Christmas is here and the year is coming to an end.

We’ve had a very exciting year and we look forward to next year.

During the meeting on December 7, the Board made a decision regarding the choice of network provider. It has been compared and discussed and finally the landing decision to let Skellefteå Kraft take over our fiber network with the motivation that they were a stable and local company with support near us, they are available all year round and they were cheaper than many others when it came to rewiring the fiber network. We hope that this election will be for the best of all in our association.
So during the spring and autumn of 2022, Skellefteå Kraft will upgrade, redesign and renew our fiber network so that we will have a faster, more stable and future-proof fiber network.
More information will come out during the project.

Earlier at the end of November, everyone received a mailing regarding parking rules and an update of my HSB, then want to start by apologizing if the parking part sounded a little too unpleasant. What was meant, of course, was that the parking rules return to normal from 1 December and the rules that apply can be read in the binder and here on the website under the tab Information-> Parking.

I also want to inform you all that now when it’s both slipperiness and snow cover our land, there is gravel to pick up at the neighborhood yard and snow shovels to use at the garage. Shovel in front of your garage door about 50cm out of the door, the remaining area the tractor takes care of.
Snow management of your own entrance to your yard is taken care of yourself and shoveled as far as you can, do not leave the snow directly on the road outside your yard but drive it to the side or away to a nearby public area.

Further information is that the Parking Group is now in its infancy and they are working full time, there are an incredible number of thoughts and ideas regarding everything from parking spaces to electric car charging, so it will be incredibly exciting to follow their work next year.
With this project, the board has therefore decided to increase the rent for the parking spaces (not the garage) from SEK 125 / month to SEK 225 / month.

When it comes to windows and door replacement, some small adjustments and painting remain. Adjustments will be made at the turn of the year and painting will most likely take place in the spring.

With that said, it is with excitement that we march into the year 2022, a lot of fun projects are yet to come.
