Changes in the booking system

For everyone's well-being, we have made changes to the booking system in the Neighborhood yard from October 1st, all to create better accessibility for everyone to the sauna and the laundry room.
See information about the changes below.

Sauna

From now on, you can only book one pass per day, one pass is 2 hours of sauna time.
In addition, there is an automatic cancellation in case you do not show up for your reservation.
This means that if you have not opened the door 15 minutes after the start time, the booking will be cancelled.

If you want to book the sauna for a longer period, for example during a party or other event, you can contact the Deputy Host and he can help with this.

Laundry

From now on, you can only book the laundry room 4 times per month, and you can only book a maximum of 2 sessions in a row. This is because some like to book the laundry room all day, which creates less accessibility for others.

If you ever need to book more than 2 sessions in a row or need more bookings per month, contact the Deputy Host and he will help with this.
