The Caretakers

Our caretakers are available when something goes wrong in the apartment, on the parts that the association is responsible for, i.e. Pipes/Sewage lines, Ventilation, Roof and Facade.
Even if a problem arises in the garage, you should contact the caretaker.

They can also help with renovations and construction for a cost of SEK 375/h.

Trailers are available to borrow at no extra cost, contact the caretakers for lending.

Deputy Host

The deputy host is available to answer questions regarding the apartments, the neighborhood yard and the parking lots.
It can be questions such as: renting a parking space, bookings in the neighborhood center that don't work, questions about the apartment, you've been locked out, questions about moving, etc.

If problems arise with the new windows and doors, a fault report is sent to the deputy host.

The Board

You can turn to the board if you have questions, suggestions for improvements or opinions on something you think is wrong.

Letters and motions that you as a member want to be decided on during the general meeting must also be sent to the board. These are sent before the turn of the year and must be signed, otherwise they cannot be processed.
