We thank the year 2021 and welcome the year 2022. Hope for a new and exciting year with many opportunities.

We start the year with a little more information and reminder sheet, sometimes it’s good to be reminded of where to look for information and where to turn with questions and thoughts.

First of all, we will mention a little briefly about the board's first meeting of the year, many thoughts and reflections were raised from the parking group, they are still in the start-up phase but are working too hard to gather all possible information. They have contact with tenant-owner associations around the area who have arranged for electric car charging and pick up some tips and ideas from them.

There have been requests that "Drive slowly" signs be arranged here in the area so everyone is reminded to keep the speeds down as there are many dog ​​owners, families with children and other exercisers in our area. The board will arrange these shortly.

As you may have noticed on your notice for the monthly fee, there has been an increase now that this new year has begun. It is the so-called successive increase of 1% that takes place annually. We have chosen to work with a gradual increase over periodic increases, all to create a good economy in our association. We have a large item in front of us when it comes to maintenance regarding car parks and prepare for electric car charging and other minor maintenance.

We will distribute information and the newspapers quarterly in the mailboxes this year, but have a hope in the future to be able to become more digital where those who wish will receive a notice via email that news is updated on the website.
