Newspaper May/June 2022

Finally, summertime is here.

We begin this sheet by saying that it is so nice that the association is finally back in its joint events. We had a nice day on Walpurgis Night when we grilled sausages and had a question walk, nice pictures can be seen on the website under the tab 'Pictures (Bilder)'. The cleaning day was also successful with nice weather and many who were out raking in our area and a little sausage grilling as a conclusion.

We also want to take the opportunity to welcome all new members to our association, some of you we met during our nice events this spring. We hope you will enjoy living here.

After the Annual General Meeting held last May, we welcome our new members to the board, Curt Lundmark, Marika Segerstedt, Åke Wallin and Maria Lindahl. And with that, we thank Emil Dahle, Ann-Sofie Holmström and Barbro Wallin with flowers and gift cards for their incredible work on the board.
A thank you was held on Wednesday 8/6 with sandwich cake together with the new board.

Further information is that the board decided regarding our guest car parks where the decision was made to leave the parking directives with 24 hours free parking. New directives have also been drawn up about rental car parks, all in order to create order among these car parks.
This can be read under the tab 'information - parking' and also that information has gone out in the mailboxes.

Repainting of our car parks will also take place during the summer / autumn, as these parking spots are in great need of new paint. Info regarding this will be published in the mailboxes and on the website shortly.

A new tab has also been added here on the website under 'information' called 'Well-being rules'. There will be some general well-being rules that we want to keep in our area so that we can all thrive together. Feel free to go in and read there.

As for the substandard road at the northern entrance, we just want to inform that it is under consideration, the contractor is investigating the road to arrive at an action plan. So, the issue is under investigation with the hope of an action in the autumn.
New asphalt around the surface up at Kvistgatan 2 will also be repaired.

Further information is that Skelleftea Kraft visited the board during the meeting in June and informed about upcoming projects. After the holidays, most likely in August / September, the excavation of our new network will begin. They will use existing canal as far as possible so it is not certain that there will be as much excavation, but if there is excavation somewhere, this will be marked out, so no one risks falling into the dug holes.
So, we will see workers from Energiservice in our area who will then work on this project.
Then, towards late autumn, the work inside the apartments will begin. Where they will draw ducts up in the attic and into each apartment. They will also equip each apartment with new equipment. More information about the project will come after the summer.
No long interruptions on the internet will take place during this project as everything will take place next to our existing network. There may be a few short breaks in a few minutes, but this is something they will very much avoid.

Many of you are waiting to get a lock for your patio door and just want to inform that this has been ordered but it is unfortunately a long delivery time of about three months. Very sad but unfortunately nothing that can be rushed in today's situation.
Break plates for the front door have been approved by the supplier to install, as long as you follow the installation instructions for the plate, the warranty for the front door will still apply.

For questions and concerns, you are welcome to contact the board's email, styrelsen.tallen@gmail.com
