Problem with no internet connection

The interruptions that specific apartments have suffered have hopefully been remedied as Skellefteå Kraft has replaced one of the switches that the facilities are connected to.

That switch has been down on and off since last week.

 

If problems persist or if problems recur with no internet connection, report this to Bahnhof's support, 010-510 00 00, state that you belong to Brf Tallen in Skellefteå.


Alternatively, submit a fault report to the board, who in turn can file a fault report if problems can´t be solved by us.

Speed ​​problem

The speed problems you have experienced are now being tested from Skellefteå Kraft's side where the desired speed has not been achieved, there may be a connection to the switch that has now been replaced.

There is now a continuing investigation underway and further information will come out as soon as we receive information from Skellefteå Kraft.

 

When you feel that things are going slowly, we want you to do one (but preferably several) test via Bredbandskollen.se and then email the results to the board at the email above.

Need help with installation
