There are many preventive measures for you as a tenant to take to prevent errors from occurring in the apartment you rent from us at HSB. Some of the most common errors can even be corrected. Below is what you as a tenant yourself are responsible for fixing in your apartment.
Bathroom
- Clean the strainer and water trap in the sink to prevent stoppage.
- Clean hair and the like both on and under the grille in the shower / under bath to prevent floor well and water lock stoppers.
Kitchen
- Regularly clean the fan filter to make the fan work as well as possible.
- Do not pour coffee sump or oil into the sink which clogged the drain again.
- Cleaning of drainage holes in the refrigerator.
- Replacement of carbon filter in carbon filter fan
Other spaces
- As a tenant, you are responsible for replacing incandescent lamps, fluorescent lamps, lighters, battery for the fire alarm, oven lamps and other consumables in your apartment.
- If you also rent a parking space, a balcony or patio, you are responsible for shoveling these areas.
