Årsstämma 2014

Årets stämma kommer att hållas den 23:e April i gemensamhetslokalen 153B klockan 18.30. Precis som tidigare år kommer en representant från HSB (Krister Nilsson) att hålla i stämman. Motioner postas SENAST 28:E Februari. Skicka dem till "styrelsen@mandolinen.se" eller lämna in dem till vår vicevärd antingen under hans besökstid (Måndagar 17-18) eller lämna dem i postlådan utanför hans kontor (153A).

Om Ni har ett intresse av att vara med i Mandolinens styrelse, eller i valberedningen, ta då kontakt med någon av de sittande styrelsemedlemmarna eller närvara vid årsstämman och delge Er ansökan där direkt. Styrelsen välkomnar alltid nya ansökningar och medlemmar!

The yearly summon will be held on the 23:rd of April in the assembly hall (building 153B) at 18.30. A representative from HSB (Krister Nilsson) will be present to handle the formalities. If you have any bills you would like to post, do so BEFORE the 28:th of February (english bills accepted as well). Send a mail to "styrelsen@mandolinen.se" or hand it in to our landlord, either during his visiting hours (Mondays 17.00 to 18.00) or in the mailbox outside his office (153A).

If You have an interest in joining the committee of Mandolinen, or be a member of the election committee, just tell any member of the committee or show up at the summon and announce Your candidacy there. The committee allways welcome new applicants and members!
