Årsstämman 2014

Styrelsen hade bjudit in Krister Nilsson som ordförande för årets stämma. Maija Vadzis utsågs som sekreterare och Sara Schultz samt Erik Mårtensson valdes till justerare. Röstlängden i år var 18 personer.

Stefan Engström, brf Mandolinens revisor för 2013, redogjorde för årsredovisningen som tack vare bl a omskrivningar av lån visade på ett gott resultat. Stämman förklarade resultat och balansräkning fastställda samt gav styrelsen ansvarsfrihet.

De ledamöter som stod i tur att avgå ställde alla upp för omval och blev på nytt invalda i styrelsen. Även revisorn och revisorssuppleanten blev omvalda. Valberedningen för i år kommer att vara Leonard Olsén samt Petter Johansson.

Svar presenterades på de två motioner som inkommit. Angående renhållning på Mandolinen så gick stämman på styrelsens förslag om att se över avtalet med HSB service och se till så att bättring sker. Vad gäller tvättning av balkonger så gick även här stämman på styrelsens förslag. Utsidan kommer att tvättas någon gång till hösten och i samband med det kommer det även att ges möjlighet att till självkostnadspris få insida och golv rengjorda.

Stämman avslutades med kaffe och tårta.

The committee had invited Krister Nilsson as chairman for this years summon. Maija Vadzis was elected secretary of meeting and Sara Schultz with Eric Mårtensson as members to check the minutes. The electorial register counted 18 voters.

Stefan Engström, the 2013 auditor of the Mandolinen cooperative, held the annual report which showed a good result. The summon declared financial results steadfast and gave the committee freedom from responsibility.

All members of the committee who was in turn to resign were re-elected. Also the auditor and suppleant auditor was re-elected. The 2014 election committee will consist of Leonard Olsén and Petter Johansson.

The two bills that were entered was answered. In regards to cleanliness of Mandolinen, the summon went by the committees suggestion to revise the deal with HSB service and make sure theres improvemet. When it comes to washing the balconies, the committee will see to it that the external part will be cleaned by autumn. It will also be possible for each household to buy an extra service to have the inside and floor of the balcony cleaned at the same time.

The summon ended with coffee and cake.
