Local rules - our common areas

Disturbing circumstances
All habitants are expected to show respect and avoid noise, unrespectable behaviour, or threats.
Respect the hours 22.00 - 07.00. Please inform your neighbours if you intend to have a a party or other activities that may cause noise.

Repairs and renovation
Drilling and other work causing loud sounds in the building are permitted week days 07:00-19:30 and on Saturdays 10.00 - 15.00. On Sundays and "red days" you are not allowed to do renovations causing loud sounds.

Fireworks
It is prohibited to use fireworks in the Tingvallen area.

Stairwells
The fire safety & protection regulation does not allow flamable materials in the common areas in the buildings. Bicycles cannot be parked in the stairwell.

Laundry rooms
Respect the booking hours. Leave everything clean and tidy after usage of your booked laundry hours.

Balconies and windows
For safety reasons, flower pots must be placed hanging inside you balcony.
Think of your neighbours, do not dust carpets from the balcony or windows.

Parabol antenna satellite dish
These must be mounted inside of you balcony.

Marquis and roller blinds for balcony
For mounting, you need permission from the board.

Pets of all kinds
As the owner of your pet you are responsible.
You must have your dog in a leash in our common areas.
You are not allowed to walk the dog (rasta hunden) in our common areas.
Pets are not allowed in the common laundry facilities.

Smoking
The common indoor areas are labeled as non-smoking. With respect to your neighbours, we recommend your balcony to be a non-smoking area as well.

Barbeque
This is not allowed on your balcony nor on your own out-door garden.

Ball games outdoors
There are defined spaces for this activity. Do not use the house walls.

Motor vehicles
It is not allowed to drive nor to park any kind of motor vehicle within the Tingvallen area. There are exceptions e.g. for bulky transportation. Contact the building manager vicevarden@tingvallen.se for permission.
