Parkering
För dig som hyr ditt boende genom SkiStar:
Det ingår 1 st parkeringstillstånd per lägenhet. Vänligen kontakta SkiStar för mer information.

För dig som hyr ditt boende privat (d v s du hyr direkt av någon av föreningens medlemmar):
Vänligen kontakta din hyresvärd för vidare information om parkering.

Vänligen parkera med hänsyn till andra så att så många som möjligt får plats på vår parkering. Skotta gärna runt din egen bil vid snöfall för att underlätta framkomligheten.

Observera att det inte är tillåtet att ladda elbilar i motorvärmaruttagen.

Skid/cykelförråd
Skidor/cyklar ska förvaras i det gemensamma förrådet som finns till höger om entrén. Det är inte tillåtet att ta med skidor/cyklar in i Ripan-huset.* 

Ingen förvaring i trapphus och korridorer
Trapphus och korridorer får inte användas till förvaring. Dessa utrymmen är utrymningsvägar vid brand. Dessutom försvåras städning av korridorer om det står saker i vägen. Tag in dina skor och pjäxor i lägenheten och förvara dina skidor i det gemensamma skidförrådet.

Sophantering
Återvinningsstation finns vid stora vägen, Fröåvägen, strax intill infarten till Björnen centrum (se karta längre ner på sidan). Där finns container för sopor och återvinning för plast, metall, glas och kartong. Det är förbjudet att lämna kvar sopor i korridorer och entré/foajé.

Var rädd om interiören
Vänligen sparka inte med pjäxor mot väggar, pelare, trappor med mera. Det blir skador som innebär kostsamma reparationer för bostadsrättsföreningens medlemmar. Stampa inte heller av snö från pjäxor i foajé och i korridorer. Gör detta utomhus eller på gallret i entrén.

Spola inte av leriga/grusiga pjäxor/skor i duschen
Avloppet i huset mår inte bra av sand och grus. Vänligen rengör dina pjäxor/skor utomhus eller på annat sätt som inte påverkar avloppet.

Oväsen och fester i huset
Störande fester är inte tillåtna. Visa hänsyn och respekt mot dina grannar. Efter kl 22:00 ska det vara tyst.

Störningsjour
Om du upplever störningar från grannlägenheter kan du kontakta Defencias störningsjour. Observera att denna tjänst enbart är tillgänglig för de lägenheter som SkiStar förmedlar (gäller endast vintersäsong). Läs mer här.

Rökning
Det råder absolut rökförbud i alla lägenheter, våra gemensamma utrymmen, samt utanför entrén. Rökning är tillåten vid askkoppen på gaveln, närmast SkiStar-huset (se bild längre ner på sidan).

Samlingslokal, bastu, tvättstuga och ägarförråd
Samlingslokalen, bastun och tvättstugan i källarplan är till för bostadsrättsföreningens medlemmar och är inte tillgängliga för dig som korttidshyrande gäst. Detsamma gäller ägarförråden på entré-och källarplan. Dessa är medlemmarnas privata förråd.

Information in English

Welcome to the condominium association HSB Brf Åreripan! We hope you will have a pleasant stay here in the Ripan building! We are a condominium association with 49 apartments, of which approximately half are rented out to short-term guests, either through SkiStar or privately. The rest of the apartments are used by us, the members, for shorter or longer stays. We, the apartment owners in the building, are very keen on ensuring everyone's enjoyment and taking good care of both the apartments and the common areas. Therefore, we would like to share the house rules that apply within and around the Ripan building.

Code for entrance and shared ski storage
The same code applies to both the entrance and the shared ski storage. Please contact your landlord for more information.

Parking
For those renting accommodation through SkiStar:
One parking permit is included per apartment. Please contact SkiStar for more information.

For those renting accommodation privately (i.e., renting directly from one of the association's members):
Please contact your landlord for further information regarding parking.

Please park considerately to ensure that as many people as possible can use our parking facilities. Kindly shovel around your own car during snowfall to facilitate movement.

Please note that it is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the engine heater outlets.

Ski storage
Skis should be stored in the shared ski storage located to the right of the entrance. It is not allowed to bring skis into the Ripan building.*

No storage in stairwells and corridors
Stairwells and corridors must not be used for storage. These areas are evacuation routes in case of fire. Additionally, the cleaning of corridors is made difficult if there are items obstructing the path. Please bring your shoes and boots into your apartment and store your skis in the shared ski storage.

Waste management
A recycling station is located on the main road, Fröåvägen, just near the entrance to Björnen center (see map further down the page). There are containers for general waste and recycling for plastic, metal, glass, and cardboard. It is prohibited to leave garbage in corridors and entrance/foyer areas.

Take care of the interior
Please do not kick walls, pillars, stairs, etc., with your ski boots. This causes damage that necessitates costly repairs for the condominium association's members. Also, do not stomp snow off your boots in the foyer and corridors. Do this outdoors or on the grate at the entrance.

Do not rinse muddy/gravelly boots in the shower
The plumbing in the building does not tolerate sand and gravel well. Please clean your boots outdoors or in a manner that does not affect the drainage in the house.

Noise and parties in the building
Disruptive parties are not allowed. Show consideration and respect for your neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

Noise disturbance service
If you experience disturbances from neighboring apartments, you can contact Defencia's noise disturbance service. Please note that this service is only available for the apartments managed by SkiStar. Learn more here.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments, common areas, and outside the entrance. Smoking is allowed at the designated ashtray located on the gable, closest to the SkiStar building (see image further down the page).

Community room, sauna, laundry room, and owner storage
The community room, sauna, and laundry room in the basement are for the exclusive use of the condominium association's members and are not accessible to short-term guests. The same applies to the owner storage rooms on the entrance and basement levels. These are private storage areas for the members.
