Status nya passersystemet

Det nya passersystemet kommer att vara aktiverat överallt under den här veckan. Ta därför alltid med dig de nya brickorna när du lämnar lägenheten. Tänk på att hålla brickan mot läsaren och inte för långt ifrån.

Har du inte fått dina brickor än, maila styrelsen på brfbofinkensolna@gmail.com, så bokar vi en tid då du kan komma och hämta dem. Vill du som boende beställa extra nyckelbrickor så beställs dessa hos fastighetsskötaren under hans öppettider, eller via felanmälan. Under mars månad kostar extra brickor 100 kronor/styck, och från 1 april 250 kronor/styck som vanligt.

OBS - kasta inte bort de gamla brickorna innan det nya passersystemet har aktiverats i din port. Det sker när den nya porttelefonen har installerats. Kasta inte heller bort påsen som brickorna kom i. På den finns dina inloggningsuppgifter.

Har du i och med installationen av det nya passersystemet förlorat tillgång till ett utrymme som du tidigare haft tillgång till, mejla styrelsen på brfbofinkensolna@gmail.com så åtgärdar vi det.

Namnen på de nya tavlorna i entrén har, som vissa boende har påpekat, hittills endast visat en boende per lägenhet. Detta håller på att uppdateras.

The new access control system: status update

The new access control system will be in use in all the doors this week. Do not forget to bring your new accsess badges/key fobs every time you leave the apartment. Make sure to hold the badge against the reader in order to open the door.

If you have not yet received your badges, email the board at brfbofinkensolna@gmail.com, and we will make an appointment when you can come and collect them. If you want to order extra badges, visit the property manager during his opening hours, or make an error report online. During March, extra badges are 100 SEK, and from April they will be 250 SEK.

Remember - do not get rid of the old badges until the new access control system has been activated. That will be after the new intercom has been installed. Likewise, do not get rid of the plastic bag that the badges came in. Your login information is written on the bag.

If you have lost access to a door that you previously has access to, email the board at brfbofinkensolna@gmail.com, and we will take care of it.

The new information boards by the entrances have, as some members have pointed out, until now only shown one name per apartment. This is being taken care of.
