Elmätarbyte

I samband med att föreningen bytte elstammar i våra hus 2010 byttes också alla befintliga elmätare ut. Samtidigt infördes då Individuell Mätning och Debitering (IMD) av elen. Det innebär att man via fjärravläsning betalar för sin förbrukning i efterhand. Debitering sker en gång per kvartal via avgiftsfakturan som HSB skickar ut.

Dessa mätare är nu gamla och det blir allt svårare att hitta reservdelar. Det i sig betyder att det blir svårare att fjärravläsa förbrukningen och skapa korrekt underlag för debiteringen till er.

Föreningen har nu slutit ett avtal om byte av elmätarna med vår leverantör av IMD-tjänsten, Infometric AB. Deras entreprenör, Elcompaniet AB, kommer de närmaste dagarna att meddela er när bytet kommer att ske. Beräknad start vecka 48. Det är på föreningens uppdrag detta jobb utförs. Om ni inte har möjlighet att vara hemma och släppa in dem, är det viktigt att ni lämnar nyckeln i god tid i föreningens nyckellåda som finns på baksidan av Astrakangatan 2.

Vi hoppas kunna erbjuda en inloggning till varje medlem så man kan följa sin egen förbrukning över tid och i och med det påverka sina elkostnader.

In connection with the association replacing the mains in our houses in 2010, all existing electricity meters were also replaced. At the same time, individual metering and billing (Individuell Mätning och Debitering, IMD) of electricity was introduced. This means that via remote reading you pay for your consumption afterwards. Debiting takes place once per quarter via the fee invoice that HSB sends out.

These meters are now old and replacement parts are becoming increasingly difficult to find. That in itself means that it will be more difficult to remotely read the consumption and create the correct basis for the billing to you.

The association has now concluded an agreement on the replacement of the electricity meters with our supplier of the IMD service, Infometric AB. Their contractor, Elcompaniet AB, will inform you in the next few days when the change will take place. Estimated start week 48. This job is carried out on behalf of the association. If you are not able to be at home and let them in, it is important that you leave the key in good time in the association's key box which is at the back of Astrakangatan 2.
