Ordningsregler

Följ nedanstående ordningsregler så kommer bostadsområdet att bli ännu trivsammare!

 

Uppträd så i lägenheten att ingen granne eller närboende känner sig störd!

Tänk på att efter kl. 22.00 eller före kl. 7.00 dämpa t.ex. TV och stereo. Speciellt upprepade störningar nattetid kan föranleda uppsägning till avflyttning.

Tänk på att det i våra områden finns många skiftarbetande som måste sova på dagen.

Uppträd så i trappuppgången och på gården att ingen störs!

 

Av brand och utrymningsskäl är det inte tillåtet att ställa saker i trappuppgångarna t.ex. barnvagnar, cyklar.

Skor och mattor utanför dörrarna är heller inte tillåtet.

 

Låt inte barnen leka i trappuppgångarna eller utan uppsyn uppehålla sig i källaren.

 

Lägg inte stenar eller dylikt mellan portdörr och tröskel för att hålla porten öppen.

Dörren ska hållas stängd även vid varmt väder, kylningen av radiatorerna försämras om dörren står öppen.

  

Mopeder och motorcyklar får inte förvaras i lägenhetsförråd eller cykelrum.

 

Hund- och kattägare är skyldiga att hålla sina djur under uppsikt.

Inga hundar och katter får vara i sandlådorna eller utan tillsyn springa lösa på gårdarna.

De får inte heller rastas på området.

 

Det är inte tillåtet att borra i balkongens konstruktion, tak eller golv. Önskar ni sätta upp något, använd ett lämpligt lim.

Paraboler får inte monteras fast på balkongen.

 

Grillning på balkongerna är inte tillåten.

Det finns iordningställda grillplatser på båda gårdarna.

Den boende håller själv med tändvätska, kol eller briketter, grillen är inte anpassad för vedeldning. Efter grillning städar man undan efter sig och lägger soporna i sophusen.

 

Piska eller skaka inte mattor och sängkläder genom fönster eller på balkongen.

 

Sopor hanteras enligt vissa bestämmelser, kartonger och annat som inte räknas som hushållssopor lämnas av den boende till återvinningsstationerna.

De sopor som felaktigt lagts i soprummen måste HSB-personalen sortera ut och det debiteras föreningen dvs. oss boende.

 

Bilkörning på gårdarna får endast ske vid sjuktransport eller varutransport av betydande

mängd och bilen skall då omgående efter urlastning köras ut till parkeringen.

Aimo park kommer nu oftare att kontrollera detta och ge p-bot till de bilar som parkerar på våra gårdar.

 

Endast P-platser med eluttag på parkeringarna är förhyrda.

 

Det är inte tillåtet att röka på lekplatser.

Fimpar kastas som sopor och inte på marken.

Follow the rules below and the residential area will be even more pleasant!

 

Behave in the apartment so that no neighbor or nearby resident feels disturbed!

Remember that after kl. 22.00 or before kl. 7.00 damping e.g. TV and stereo. Particularly repeated disturbances at night can lead to termination of eviction.

Keep in mind that in our areas there are many shift workers who have to sleep during the day.

Behave in the stairwell and in the courtyard so that no one is disturbed!

For fire and evacuation reasons, it is not allowed to put things in the stairwells, e.g. prams, bicycles.

Shoes, carpets outside the doors are not allowed.

 

Do not let children play in the stairwells or stay unattended in the basement.

Do not place stones or the like between the door and threshold to keep the door open.

The door must be kept closed even in hot weather, the cooling of the radiators is impaired if the door is open.

Mopeds and motorcycles must not be stored in apartment storage or bicycle rooms.

Dog and cat owners are obliged to keep their animals under surveillance.

No dogs and cats may be allowed in the sandpits or run unattended in the residential area.

It is not allowed to walk dogs in the residential area.

It is not permitted to drill in the construction, ceiling or floor of the balcony. If you want to attach something, use a suitable glue.

Satellite dish must not be mounted on the balcony.

Barbeque on balconies is not allowed.

There are ready-made barbecue areas in the residential area.

The resident sticks with lighter fluid, coal or briquettes, the grill is not adapted for wood burning. After grilling, clean after yourself and put the rubbish in the bins.

Do not whip or shake carpets and bedding through windows or on the balcony.

Garbage is handled in accordance with certain regulations, cartons and other items that do not count as household waste are handed over by the resident to the recycling stations.

The rubbish that is incorrectly placed in the rubbish bins must be sorted out by the HSB staff and the association is charged, ie. us residents.

Car driving on the courtyard may only take place during ambulance transport or transport of goods of significant quantity and the car must then be driven out to the car park immediately after unloading.

Aimo park will now more often check this and give parking fines to the cars that park on our courtyard.

Only parking spaces with electrical outlets in the car parks are rented.

Smoking is not allowed on playgrounds.

Cigarette butts are thrown away as garbage and not on the ground.
