Information from the board about the year 2021

2020

-        The 4 remaining facades are renovated, additionally insulated and inspected.

-        Installation of room sensors in about 30% of the apartments to get better information of the heat in the apartments is complete.

-        Replace our individual digital electricity meters in joint procurement with Brf Arenberga and Husaren.

-        Repainted our parking pockets and also completed parking for motorhomes / caravans behind house 19. Will apply from 01 March 2021 with special parking permits. Note that normal conditions do not apply to these parking pockets. Cost per year SEK 1,500

-        HSB Norra Stor-Stockholm has after a massive complaint from several associations terminated the cleaning agreement with Effekt from 31 Dec 2020. We have together with Arenberga, Husaren and Stinsen made a joint procurement with a cleaning company which is currently being completed. This means that we complete rough cleaning in the entrance level on the upper courtyard, which we interrupted on the lower courtyard last summer after Effekt, which carried out the work, damaged both the supervisor and the existing painting in the stairwells.

 

Plan for 2021

-        At the beginning of 2021, a working group will be started together with the sister associations on Sätunavägen, Arenberga and Husaren to investigate and hopefully design window replacement / ventilation.

-        Install 6 charging stations for electric cars.

-        Start by replacing old lighting in stairwells / laundry rooms as well as basement corridors for LED lighting with a movement indicator.

-        Obligatory ventilation control.

-        Against this background, the Board has decided that the fees for 2021 will be increased by 2% to meet the future with general cost increases and especially the project with window replacement / ventilation.

 

This investment is estimated to cost several million kronor and together with the energy savings through geothermal heat and solar cells, we want to save in the barns to meet this need.
It should be mentioned that withdrawals from the internal fund work as usual on the funds you already have in the fund.
