Follow the rules below and the residential area will be even more pleasant!

Remember that after kl. 22.00 or before kl. 7.00 damping e.g. TV and stereo. Particularly repeated disturbances at night can lead to termination of eviction.

Behave in the stairwell and in the courtyard so that no one is disturbed!

Shoes, carpets outside the doors are not allowed.
Do not let children play in the stairwells or stay unattended in the basement.
Do not place stones or the like between the door and threshold to keep the door open.
The door must be kept closed even in hot weather, the cooling of the radiators is impaired if the door is open.
Mopeds and motorcycles must not be stored in apartment storage or bicycle rooms.
Dog and cat owners are obliged to keep their animals under surveillance.
No dogs and cats may be allowed in the sandpits or run unattended in the residential area.
It is not allowed to walk dogs in the residential area.
It is not permitted to drill in the construction, ceiling or floor of the balcony. If you want to attach something, use a suitable glue.
Satellite dish must not be mounted on the balcony.
Barbeque on balconies is not allowed.
There are ready-made barbecue areas in the residential area.
The resident sticks with lighter fluid, coal or briquettes, the grill is not adapted for wood burning. After grilling, clean after yourself and put the rubbish in the bins.
Do not whip or shake carpets and bedding through windows or on the balcony.
Garbage is handled in accordance with certain regulations, cartons and other items that do not count as household waste are handed over by the resident to the recycling stations.
The rubbish that is incorrectly placed in the rubbish bins must be sorted out by the HSB staff and the association is charged, ie. us residents.
Car driving on the courtyard may only take place during ambulance transport or transport of goods of significant quantity and the car must then be driven out to the car park immediately after unloading.
Aimo park will now more often check this and give parking fines to the cars that park on our courtyard.
Only parking spaces with electrical outlets in the car parks are rented.
Smoking is not allowed on playgrounds.
Cigarette butts are thrown away as garbage and not on the ground.
