RÖSJÖÄNGSBLADET NR 12 - februari 2019

TILL ALLA BOENDE I BRF RÖSJÖ ÄNGAR

Den 7 februari hade vi första öppet hus med boende i föreningen på Viltstigen 18. En handfull boende anslöt och hade med frågor och funderingar. Vi pratade restpunkter från besiktning, kalla element, grannsamverkan, status på hemsidan mm. Vi drack kaffe och alla bidrog glatt i diskussionerna. Nästa tillfälle för öppet hus är torsdag 7/3, lägg in i kalendern och kom ner vid 18:30.

Vi vill tacka alla boende som hjälpte till att skotta även för andra när det kom mycket snö.

Vattenansamlingen på gatan vid Viltstigen 4 har åter skapat problem med framkomlighet. Flera insatser behövdes för att lokalisera och åtgärda stoppet.

På förekommen anledning behöver vi tyvärr påminna om att det inte är tillåtet att kasta fimpar från balkongerna, ute i naturen eller lämna fimpar kvar vid våra bänkar.

TO ALL RESIDENTS IN BRF RÖSJÖ ÄNGAR

On February 7 we had the first open house at Viltstigen 18. A handful of residents joined and asked questions and concerns. We talked about residual points from inspection, cold elements, neighbor collaboration, status website etc. We drank coffee and everyone happily contributed to the discussions. The next opportunity for open house is Thursday 7/3, put in the calendar and please join at 18:30.

We want to thank all the residents who helped shovel snow even for others when there was a lot of snow.

Water accumulation on the street at Viltstigen 4 has again created problems with accessibility. Several efforts were needed to locate and remedy the stop.

We need to remind you that it is not allowed to throw cigarette ends from the balconies, out into the nature or leave them at our benches.

Datum för årsmöte är fastställt

Årets stämma kommer att genomföras torsdag 16 maj i Rösjöskolans matsal, som vanligt. Kallelse kommer att skickas separat. Skriv gärna motioner och lägg i brevlådan i miljörummet eller mejla till styrelsen@rosjoangar.se Sista datum är 28 februari.

The date of the annual meeting is establishedThis year's annual meeting will be held on Thursday 16 May in Rösjöskolan's dining room, as usual. Notice will be sent separately. Please write “motioner”, place in the mailbox in the environment room or email to styrelsen@rosjoangar.se  last date is last day of February.

Nästa steg övergivna cyklar

Under vecka 8 kommer Styrelsen att börja märka alla cyklar med vitt buntband. Din uppgift blir att ta bort denna markering för den/de cyklar du vill bevara. Övriga cyklar kommer att flyttas till container för förvaring 6 månader innan de fraktas bort. Övrigt om cyklar: Inga cyklar får förvaras i barnvagnsrummen, cyklar som står där flyttas direkt till container.

Next step regarding abandoned bicycles

During week 8, the Board will begin to mark all bikes with white cable ties. Your task will be to remove this marker for the bike (s) you want to keep. Unmarked bicycles will be moved to a container for storage 6 months before being transported away. Please notice: No bicycles may be stored in the pushchair rooms, bicycles standing there will be moved directly to the container.

Plogning av snövallar inom området

I händelse av perioder då att det kommer rikligt med snö kommer vi att behöva flytta bilar för att kunna snöröja ordentligt. Vi kommer att sätta upp lappar i portarna och ber er läsa igenom om ert p-plats nummer finns på listan och tillhör de som behöver flyttas för att få undan snön. Kvällen innan plogning kan ni ställa er gratis på våra gästplatser.

In the event of periods when it comes a lot of snow, we will sometimes need to move cars to be able to clear area properly. We will put up patches in the gates and ask you to read through if your p-place number is on the list and belongs to those who need to be moved to get rid of the snow. The evening before plowing, you can park for free at our guest places.

Trygghetsskapande aktivitet

Hur förberedda är vi på en samhällskris i vårt närområde? Och vad skapar otrygghet där vi bor?

Styrelsen planerar att i samarbete med Lottakåren erbjuda en kurs för medlemmarna i vår bostadsrättsförening. Kursen heter ”När det oväntade händer” och där diskuteras vad som är otryggt i lokalområdet, och framför allt; vad vi som individer kan göra tillsammans för att förebygga otrygghet! Du får också en introduktion till det svenska krisberedskapssystemet och en översikt över vem som ansvarar för vad och vad du som individ har för ansvar men även vad som kan vara bra att ha hemma ifall du råkar ut för till exempel ett långvarigt strömavbrott.

Vi kommer återkomma med mer information kring detta men vill och hoppas att vi är tillräckligt många i föreningen som vill diskutera frågan av trygghet i vårt närområde. En gemensam utbildning innebär ju också att de som deltar lär känna varandra, något som i sig bidrar till ökad koll och bidrar till säkerhet i området.

Utbildningen är kostnadsfri.

Safety-creating activity

How prepared are we at a social crisis in our neighborhood? And what creates insecurity where we live? The board plans to offer a course for the members of our tenant-owner association in cooperation with “Lottakåren”. The course is called "When the unexpected happens" and there is discussed what is insecure in the local area, and above all; what we as individuals can do together to prevent insecurity! You also get an introduction to the Swedish emergency preparedness system and an overview of who is responsible for what and what you as an individual have for responsibility but also what can be good to have at home if you happen to, for example, a long-term power outage. We will return with more information about this but would like and hope that we are many enough in the association who want to discuss the issue of security in our neighborhood. A education also means that those who take part get to know each other, something that in itself contributes to increased visibility and contributes to security in the area. The training is free.

Miljörummet är inte till för att dumpa saker som inte hör hemma där. Kör själv bort skräpet till Hagbytippen eller be en vänlig granne med bil att hjälpa dig!

It is not allowed to dump items in the environment room. Please drive your garbage to Hagbytippen or ask a friendly neighbor with a car for help.
