To simplify the monitoring of electricity consumption and costs, it's important to note that electricity in the association is billed in arrears, based on actual consumption.

To monitor your electricity usage and costs, you need to have an account on Homesolution. To create this account, please email us at el@brfsmedby.se with the following information:

• First and Last Name
• Email Address (this will be your username)
• Apartment Number: This number is 1-3 digits (between 1-543) and can be found on your apartment door.

The app is available for download via App Store (iOS) & Play Store (Android) under the name: "Home Solutions" by Propeye Technology.
